(Hereinafter refered to as Hong Kong Company) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hebei Logisitics Group Metal Materials Co., Ltd. which is the No.3 of China’s Top 10 Metal Circulation Enterprises, a member unit of China Metal Material Circulation Association, operating all kinds of goods 35 million per year. Hong Kong company established in May 2011, with registered capital of Hong Kong dollar Fifty million.

Since the company established, adhering to the business philosophy of “Customer Supreme, Credit Oriented, Scientific Management, Industry Leading”, our Hong Kong company takes full advantage of Hong Kong's free trade port and international financial center. The Company’s business scope is involved in Bulk Commodity wholesale and retail, Commercial Factoring business, Investment and Financing business. The company is mainly engaged in wholesale and retail, import and export business with iron ore, chrome ore, coal, deformed steel bar, copper cathodes, nickel cathodes, etc. By virtue of years of experience, Hong Kong company gradually consolidates the role of offshore company platform, and achieved good development momentum. The sale of all materials was 3 million tons with annual revenue of RMB 75 billion yuan.

Bulk Commodity Trade

Based on domestic and international markets, the company is fully taking advantage of Hong Kong and speeding up overseas resources development. At present, the company is importing iron ore from  Australia , Brazil , Chile , Mongolia, gold concentrate from Kyrghyzstan, chrome ore from South Africa , Turkey , Pakistan, exporting  alloy deformed bar , square steel , wire rod, plate and galvanized sheet to  Italy , Guatemala , Indonesia , Singapore , Myanmar , South Korea , Haiti , Angola, Congo , Gabon , Columbia and the united Arab emirates，and trading business with coke, copper, nickel, PS, plastic polystyrene. Especially the scale of chrome ore import has been No. 1 in China for years.

Investment

Based on the “One Belt and One Road“ and the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei, the company is taking advantage of Hong Kong’s financial position in the world. Due to our efforts , the companys’ investment and finance business got a vigorously development. Such as our coperations with HSBC , CMBC Hong Kong  ,BCM Hong Kong  , PAB Hong Kong ,Macao international Bank Hong Kong and Excel Centre real estate purchase in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

On the other hand, the company eastablished North China Industry Remanufacturing Development Co., Ltd.. And Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Remanufacturing Industrial Park as a joint venture. This program covers an area about 1200 mu and cost about RMB 5 billion.  Taking full advantage of Tianjin Free Trade Zone, relying on the company's industrial chain structure, we establish the joint venture, Fuhua (Tianjin) Commercial Factoring Co Ltd, to carry on business factoring and realize the operation of production and financial integration. Actively planning acquisitions of Gold Mine in Kyrgyzstan, Chrome Ore Mine in South Africa, etc. to expand overseas resources channels.
